Could you live in a remodeled airstream trailer? Well architect Matthew Hoffman decided he could after looking at condos in Santa Barbara were a lot of his clients are based. Check out his site to see more pictures of the 1978 airstream redo and learn more about him!

I wanted to share with you these striking abandoned Yugoslavian monuments that were commissioned by former Yugoslavian president Josip Broz Tito in the 1960s and 70s. The monuments original intentions were to commemorate sites where WWII battles took place. Since the 90’s these 25 monuments have been abandoned and sit degrading. Click here to view all 25 monuments!

This would be a really unique table to include in a clients space. This side table was created by Jane Dandy and you can order your own custom one through her Etsy shop.

Take a look at these bookshelves designed to create an optical illusion by Clarke Hopkins.

Here is another video lecture we created on color theory.

Here are two videos that illustrate the principle of balance used in interior design. I wanted to make all of these videos available so they can be accessed at any time.

I wanted to share with you some videos we did speaking with graduates and what it is like to work in the field after graduation. These videos are a little older but I still think they are a great resource for you. I am planning on making this a regular feature in the coming months so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I wanted to share this unique garage door with you because it is a great example of changing with the times. Parking is very difficult to come by in dense cities like San Francisco and due to historic preservation restrictions people have had to become very creative. I personally think this a great solution of staying current and maintaining the original integrity of the building.

Loving Delia shades for their updated versions of the window shades that reference class motifs! For all my history students you should recognize these right off the bat. 🙂 Take a few minutes to peruse their site and save them as a future resource!  http://www.deliashades.com/shades/index.php
